The Zelda series continues on the Nintendo Switch with a new game. This time there is a big change: Zelda herself is the heroine of the adventure - which in turn brings with it many other changes, including in the gameplay.
In The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom for Nintendo Switch, players embark on an exciting journey through Hyrule with Princess Zelda. Strange cracks are opening up all over the kingdom, and even the inhabitants of the land are disappearing into them. Among the missing is the famous swordsman Link, which is why it is now up to the princess to save her kingdom. Accompanied by a mysterious fairy named Tri, she sets out to solve the mystery. Different solutions as a new trick
Players take on the role of Zelda and explore the kingdom of Hyrule, equipped with the Tri-Staff. With this, she can create echoes: imitations of objects in the environment. For example, water blocks can be stacked on top of each other to reach new heights, bridges can be built from beds, or boulders can be conjured up as projectiles. Echoes of monsters fighting alongside Zelda can even be created. Tri also gives the princess a special power called Unison, which allows objects to follow Zelda's movements. With Reverse Unison, she can follow the movements of an object. These abilities offer fans numerous ways to overcome obstacles and solve puzzles.

To save those who have been swallowed up by the rifts, Zelda and Tri must explore the World of Nothing - a strange, distorted world within the rifts. Hidden deep within are also tricky dungeons where challenging bosses await the brave princess. On her way through the World of Nothing, Zelda also finds a mysterious sword that gives her the ability to transform into a powerful swordswoman for a short time. This allows her to face enemies in direct combat or fight side by side with her echoes.
Zelda's journey takes her to the farthest corners of Hyrule, whether it's the scorching expanses of the Gerudo Desert or the lush greenery of the Phirone Swamps. She meets a variety of characters who need her help or who actively support her. One of them is Boris, an inventor who has a talent for making automatons. These unusual machines can trigger powerful effects and support Zelda on her journey.
