Today 2K announced Civilization VI: Leader Pass, a new Season Pass that adds 18 new playable leader variants to Civilization VI, giving fans even more ways to rule the critically acclaimed strategy game1.
Leader Pass content will be delivered via 6 DLC packs releasing from November 21, 2022 to March 20232 on Windows PC via Steam and Epic, MacOS via Steam and Mac App Store, and iOS via App Store. The first DLC, the Great Negotiator Pack, is scheduled for release on November 21, 2022.
Twelve new plus six variants
The Civilization VI: Leader Pass will lure players out of their comfort zone with new approaches to diplomacy, war, expansion, and more. There are twelve all-new leaders in Civilization VI and six new variants of existing rulers. They all come with a selection of surprising new or updated abilities and imaginative agendas that will change the way you play through 5 exciting months of world domination.
The following packages are included in the Civilization VI: Leader Pass Bundle:
- Great Negotiator Pack (Pack 1): Beginning November 21, 2022, you can put your diplomatic skills to the test with the Great Negotiator Pack. It includes Abraham Lincoln (United States), Queen Nzinga Mbande (Congo) and Sultan Saladin (Arabia);
- Great Commander Pack (Pack 2): In the Great Commander Pack, Tokugawa (Japan), Nader Shah (Persia)3 and Suleyman the Magnificent (Ottoman Empire) lead the troops to victory;
- Rulers of China Pack (Pack 3): Players establish new dynasties with Yongle, Qin Shi Huang (Unifier), and Wu Zetian in the Rulers of China Pack;
- Ruler of the Sahara Pack (Pack 4): A return to the cradle of humanity with the Ruler of the Sahara Pack, including Ramses (Egypt), Ptolemaic Cleopatra (Egypt) and King Sundiata Keita (Mali)4;
