Magic – The Gathering is getting another crossover: Fallout. Wizards of the Coast and Bethesda have teamed up for this. Fans can explore the post-apocalyptic role-playing world with the trading card game. Explore March 8th.
Recently Wizards of the Coast had the crossover between Magic – The Gathering and Dr. Who launched, next spring a license chunk will come onto the market, especially for fans of computer games.
Fallout: Elements since 1997
Four Commander decks will be released for Magic – The Gathering: Fallout, as well as boosters and some bundles. Exciting: For the crossover, Wizards of the Coast and Bethesda are using elements of all Fallout titles released since 1997 - and some of them will receive smaller updates exclusively for the release as part of the trading card brand to bring them into the modern age.
The packs can already be pre-ordered in the United States, so they should also start here soon.
The Fallout set for Magic – The Gathering also includes collector boosters with Pip-Boy elements that can be found on 26 cards. Nine of these are reprints with alternative card titles and new artwork, including foiled versions.
With the licensed sets, Wizards of the Coast have found a working counterpoint to many of the card game concepts brought onto the market by the competition. There are, among other things, Magic cards for fans of The Lord of the Rings or Jurassic World.
