In their search for the missing, Zelda and Tri also explore the so-called World of Nothingness within the cracks. Each access point leads to a specific location - and some to dungeons whose well-kept secrets are just waiting to be revealed.
While exploring the world of nothingness, the princess comes across a mysterious sword that allows her to enter a powerful swordsman mode for a limited time. With this ability, she can strike down enemies single-handedly. The sword gauge can be refilled by collecting so-called Energia from the world of nothingness.
Hyrule is also home to many quirky and helpful characters. Dampé, the clockwork engineer, is one of them and has a knack for making automatons. These inventions can unleash powerful effects, but break if they take too much damage.
