The fight against flowering has only just begun. In this major expansion of the acclaimed turn-based tactical RPG, players can take control of the venerable Dreadnought, the new Techmarine class, and an additional battleship, the frigate Gladius, to battle a new form of the intergalactic plague. Commanders will be faced with new event missions as the Gray Knights continue their campaign against the forces of Nurgle.
New Nurgle Reinforcements
The venerable Dreadnought is one of their deadliest tools on the front lines: a combat walker containing the surviving body of a badly wounded Gray Knight who makes the ultimate sacrifice to continue fighting in the Emperor's name. Players can upgrade the venerable dreadnought's weapons like they would any other Gray Knight in the game. This offers many extremely tempting tactical options.
Additionally, as part of a free update, new Nurgle buffs have been added to the base game: the Meltagun and Krak grenade variants of the Plague Marine, the Fleshmower variant of the Foetid Bloat drone, and the Noxious Blightbringer. All players will now be able to encounter these enemies throughout the campaign.
